'Thank you ever so much with your help and support with the recent sale of my property. I was nervous putting my house up for sale in the current economic climate, especially having had traumatic experience trying to sell the property 3 years ago with a different agent. I was surprised & delighted to have received 3 offers within 10 days of the house being on the market. I accepted one of these offers and the conveyance has just gone through.
The conveyance itself was unnecessarily complicated and to be honest, a frustrating process and I would like to thank you all for persevering to bring the sale to a conclusion as I feel it could easily have fallen through/taken far longer. I have used another estate agent in the past to try and sell this property, who were unfortunately appalling and your team have gone a long way in restoring my confidence.

I had been looking for a second rental investment property for some time without success until Carr and Hume emailed me the details of a house that might interest me. I viewed the property without delay, immediately realised its potential and bought it. Some refurbishment was required, just cosmetic but nonetheless extremely important to a future discerning tenant. The quotes for this work from Carr and Hume were extremely competitive and carried out with the utmost efficiency and speed.
