Lettings Negotiator
Salary £12,000 p.a. plus commission
The role
* Canvassing - Proactively identifying new developments and the
potential to the business to your line manager
* To fully utilise the company management system, including
maintaining records.
* Be customer facing both within the company office and during
external meetings
* Process tenant applications in line with the company procedures
* Utilise the company marketing tools to advertise property
* Maximize the overall income and profitability of the company
* Maintain regular contact with the company’s clients (both tenants
and landlords)
* Ensure all paperwork is completed on time and complies with company
policy
* Qualify landlords and prospective tenants
* Meet personal targets set and agreed with yourself and a company
director
* Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and
efficient manner when called upon
* Follow up appointments and provide feedback
* Negotiate successful applications
* Covering the Salford and Manchester area
* Proactively identifying & securing new landlords as well as managing
& developing existing landlord relationships
Skills Required
* Must hold a Full UK Driving License and own a reliable car
* Target orientated
* Highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated
* Team orientated and able to adapt well to new and exciting
situations
* Competent using email, spreadsheets and documents
* Remain punctual at all times
