Whether a large purpose built block of hundreds of apartments or a small converted building comprising a small number of apartments, we work closely with residents to ensure they receive the levels of service they require.
At Carr and Hume, we understand that it is the residents who pay the service charges, and therefore it is only right that they should be able to instruct the management agents of their choice, to run their development, in accordance with their wishes. With this in mind we are available to work with Right To Manage (RTM) groups.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Collection of service charges and ground rents
- Regular Maintenance Surveys by a RICS surveyor
- Extensive list of approved contractors.
- Attendance at Residents' Meetings.
- Prompt preparation and submission of accounts including quarterly management accounts.
- Administration and supervision of Insurance.
- Fixed Management Fees.
- Right to Manage (RTM) consultancy
